Stephen Vizcarra, Real Estate Trainee Appraiser
Stephen attended Harper College and received an Associate Degree in Computer Information Systems in 2019. Upon graduation from college, Stephen joined MaRous & Company in 2020, initially assisting with administrative tasks, customer service, and minor appraisal support. Over time, Stephen’s interest and exposure in real estate and appraisal services grew.
Since then, Stephen has received his Associate Real Estate Trainee Appraiser License from the State of Illinois, and has appraisal experience in properties and projects such as:
- Land
- Commercial
- Motels
- Retail
- Office
- Health Clubs
- Market Impact Studies
Stephen continues to take qualifying education courses through the Appraisal Institute toward an Illinois Certified General Real Estate Appraisal License. In the meantime, he is gaining experience providing appraisal support for various real estate valuation issues.
